Regarding Court order - for taking kid to a international trip

Hello,
Me and my husband do not have any contact for more than 5 months.
We had not taken any legal step further.
But now I am planning to take my kid to a international vacation.For which I have to present a NOC from him or a family court order.
May I know what is the procedure to get the court order
you are the natural guardian of the child therefore no need to get any non objection certificate from anybody, you can take your child for vacation tour anywhere therefore you need not ask the permission since you are the natural guardian of your child
