Regarding a offence done by landlord

14-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
My dad sat on a inherited shop of his great grandfather. That shop was owned by my great grandfather. But since he passed he hasnt gave the shop to anyone but our landlord made my father's elder brother as the owner. But by law he cant make him the owner. My dad in court won a case where the judge gave a decision that my dad can sit and do business in that shop for as long as he wants. But can we place any case against the landlord and my father's elder brother ? Can we anyhow demand of this shop ? Please let me know. -yours sincerely Teesta Sen

Yes you can, immediately you need to file an FIR against both before a police station, the complaint needs to be properly framed and for seeking possession of rights of the property you need to file injunction case too
