Regarding a false sc/st case and 498A

My younger brother eloped and married a SC girl in Hyderabad 6 years back and they are living separately from our family..we don't have contact with them since then.
One month back my brother came home saying that his wife has illegal affair and he wants divorce,he has filed a case against her and the one whom she had affair with.
Later she filed sc/st case and 498A on our family including our brother in law....we are government employees...
What should we do..we are tensed .. please help

Now a days these type of cases are increasing day by day due to western culture. you did not mentioned wat is the status of 498a case, whether have u received any call from police station where your complaint made by the girl. if you received the call from ps have u took the station bail or not.
So you have to approach good advocate for better guidance.
