Recording of wife disclosing how her lawyer fabricated the case

Wife told me on call being recorded how the lawyers fabricate the whole case by just taking few key dates. and building thier own story. I have it recorded. The Question is I wanted to do a magistrate complaint under section 120b other sections against my in laws, wife, and her lawyer. Can I file a complaint?
