Query about 498a case in Sirsa and 125 DV divorce in Chandigarh

Hindu law 1. I filed 498a case in Sirsa and both my paternal and in law's residence is here. 2. I want to file other cases in chandigarh. Someone told me u show that now I am living in chandigarh and file all cases there. 3. Can boy party on this ground that just to harass us she filed cases there can shift the case back to Sirsa.
Yes. She can file a case for transfer to Sirsa but it depends on the whether to transfer or not. In general preference is given to girl side. In case your arguments are stronger and more convincing to court, it may not transfer.
