Putting same application again after an order has been passed

My wife had earlier submitted maintenance application in DV case on 2015 in which, after disclosed of her truth that she is working after submitting my application for crpc 91 and after submitting perjury application by me, due to which my wife had herself made written in her interim maintenance application that maintenance should be decided at final and for which same order will be passed by court that maintenance will be decided in final judgement along with main application. Now in same DV Case after 2 years she has again submitted NEW interim maintenance application with same grounds as earlier application which is still to be decided and without any changes and with same points as earlier. And not disclosed about anything of previous what happened I am not working and no idea if wife working at present. No kid. My queries 1. Any high court , Supreme Court order for denial of request in similar case. 2. Is it possible to put same application and 2 times or after an order passed
