Procedure to give divorce to the first wife

I like to know if man is married bt he doesn't love his wife and he marry with her only for his family and because of family pressure but he loves another girl and after few years of marriage he wants to marry his loved one but the problem is that he doesn't have any reason to divorce his first wife and the big problem is family members and family pressure then what can he do to divorce his first wife????
