Procedure if harassed by the sister in law regarding selling a room

My elders brothers wife not allowing us to sell the Room. She want that Room to be transferred in her name and Run away with her BF as she is having a affair and My elder brother also know that and he is also helping her. But, My Father Me n My other brother want to sell room. Outside forces and some political goons are also involve. Kindly Help I belongs to HINDU Family
