Dear client. As per information while reading case history property earn by your father and mother. As self earn property and still yet your mother is alive hence mother is the deciding factor if show her interest with you no body can challange it . Secondly as the workshop if started by your father and mother is with you then that is your absolute income.now if we take second option where as per his assumption as your father died 9 years ago.means17-9=2006.means latter on 200 . hence your two sisters are also equally participants hence all property even which you invested for the purchase of his flat also considered as his share of property. All property equally distrbuted in five part's as one part of mother.if 2 sisters and mother shifts there share to you.only 20% share can be applicable for your small brother. If he demands for your business then as HUF claim from his salary earn by him.if you like my opinion and if you satisfied please rate me on law rato. Thanks.
