Procedure for court marriage according Hindu Marriage Act

I want to do marriage but my is 21 n boy age is 20... My family is not supporting for this marriage but I want to do marriage now because in my family there are many problems which I have faced...
Anybody who wants to marry under law should be an adult whose age should be above 18 and 21 yrs old of a woman and man respectively and sensible enough to take the responsibilities of institution of marraiage.
