Priority For Birth Certificate Or ssc Marks card Imp For Age Proof

According to birth certificate girls age will complete 18 years, but according to ssc marks card she will be complete 17 years. As per law 18 should be completed to marry a girl. Is it possible to marry by keeping birth certificate as age proof issued by Govt.

2.Birth Certificate from a hospital
3.Bona fide certificate from a School which records Date of Birth.
4. Pass port certificate.
5. Driving Licence
6. Aadhar Card.
7. PAN Card.
8. S.S.C./Matriculation certificate
9. Self declaration attested by notary lawyer.
10. For a minor, parent’s statement
11.Voter photo Id.issued by Election Commission of India.
