Hello, I filed a case in the month of November 2016 in national commission woman and its jan sunwai held in march 2nd. Case is my mother filed a case against my father for mental harassment. After filing case, he did not fight with her so she decided to withdraw the case which is done but honourable judge ordered cops to issue notice to my father for not conducting the harassment again to which my father is still denying the truth. Presently, my father said that he will again write to commissioner of police and report it to court contesting the police notice and withdraw chrages from him. the case has been settled but police issued him notice under section 149. Is this a problem for my mother? can he again become a problem for us despite the case is settled in NCW. Please help. We are hindu family.

There is no issue as such as the case was earlier dismissed. It might be a possibility that the notice was a mere warning or it was sent late. Your father can do so if he wishes to although, you and your mother will not have to face any problem from your father anymore.
