one year my wife is not staying with me, want to know her rights

Hello, I am Hindu, married in Jan2016. from last one year, my wife is staying with her parents because of some issues. there is no single phone call, message, talk in one year. I tried several times, but no response. her parents are saying that my wife will not come and she'll not give divorce as well. There is not any single notice issued from both the sides. I don't have any property on my name, I want to know that can she have rights on my father's house which is bought by him, not from my grandfather? I've one son,
In your case you have to issue notice for restitution of conjugal rights and show your willingness that you want to cohabit her as you want to save your marriage life for your wife and for your child. She can claim maintenance from you.
