20-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
Can a hindu maleconfirmed bachalor of 48 yrs have the right to chose his legal heirs apart form his blood relation if yes then how to go about regards
If this concerns rights over self-acquired property of the male, then yes, he will be in a position to decide who gets what. He can make a simple will that will come into effect after his death.
