On what basis is the interim maintenance decided by court

Hello, I ve filed dv case against my husband n in laws, my interim maintance order are pending. I ve even submitted my hubby bank statement in which is salary gets credited. It's around 60k p.m take home So how much will the court provide me. Ilwe don't ve kids. I went to etopic pregency n had c-section. On wat basics will court calculate my maintance amt

Here i understand from your statement that how exactly court will calculate the alimony (maintenance) under diverse cases and you have also mentioned interim maintenance orders are pending at the court.
See normally in Indian family law there are five communities in each community the laws are quite different suppose Hindu women seeks alimony through diverse will not be the same as other communities. in your case it always depends on situations and circumstances like you (have mentioned etopic pregnancy n had c-section) also consideration of your husband properties and his annual income and some other trues and talks, if you have children then it again takes more importance.
