On death of my husband, my in laws have isolated me.

I was married for 5 years. there was issue going on for dowry and lot of mental harassment from my in laws. My husband expired recently in an accident in his company. Now i have been isolated from all my husband account/investment/properties/insurance.
From Day 1 after marriage all my husband's earning was going to my in laws, I was not shared any information about any financial matters.My husband used to take care of all the expenses of the house.
How can i claim my rights on my husband's earning/investment/properties and insurance?
