Notice was not served since 6 months

Its been 6 months that i filed a maintenance case.But the notice was not served till now eventhough i gave correct particulars of my husband.I have a kid of 2 years.How the notice gets served?
file an application for serving notices u can take personal notice or get it served with appointment of advocate Commissiiner by filling proper petitioner u have show the correct Adress of ur husband
