Not Paying monthly maintenance

Dear Sir /Madam,
My sister have filled DV 498A against his husband. court has sanctioned 7000 rs for their maintenance in execution., but her husband is not submitting money to court from last 1 year.. lots of warrent has been issued from last 1 year but still he is not paying... so what are the other options. can you advise me sir... i m helpless...
hello yeah you had forwarded that very first of all you had mention that your sister had filed there is no provision of maintenance in that section so first of all make it clear the she had filed the application under section 125 of CrPC that is maintenance application and its suppose in maintenance number of times in anterior if suppose is not paying the maintenance you have a remedy just file the petition under DV act in which there is provision of separate accomodation and maintenance.
