No need of property from my parents

Dear Sir/Madam, There is some personal problems going within my family. I want to declare that I do not need any property from my family. Let them give to my brothers and sisters. What should I do. If I sign in bond. Will that be legal
if the property is in ur parents name, even without ur concern they can give it to ur brothers and sisters ..if it has been partitioned already between ur brothers and sisters, you have to make a partition release deed to your brother's and sister's for your share of property..else you can make a registered will...
