Need to know the procedures for divorce without mutual consent.

My brother got married on April 24th 2018. But after that he cannot live together after four months from the marriage, because of his spouse's problem. She went to her home and now they are living seperately. But she is not ready for divorce. I want to know that is there any chances for getting divorce.
At any cost you can file the divorce petition only after one year of the marriage. If both husband and wife are living separately the husband can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights You go ahead you will get the divorce subsequently. Consult a lawyer in your locality for further advice.
