Need help in determining inheritance of property

A grandson has gifted his property to his grandmother. So after the death of grandmother who in the family can claim that property
Hi,
As the property has been gifted by the grandson, the grandmother becomes sole owner of the said property.
However after the death of the grandmother the property will be devolved upon the children of the grandmother.
The above situation shall occur only if the grandmother dies intestate.
