Need advice on the Share in ancestors property
18-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
My grandfather made a will before dying that my dad and chacha ji will HV equal right in his property. Now I just want to know if I have a right in my grandfather property or not as my mom dad will gv all to my brother and not to me. I spoke to them and they said that I don't have any right in the property.
Query perused. No you don't have any right in the said property. The property has been transferred to your dad thru a Will and it becomes a self acquired property of your father. He can give it to anyone as he desires.
