My wife filled FIR against me and my family under 498a section
19-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
I married 5 month before in that my wife live with me and with my family only 2 month and rest 3 month she lived with her parents. Recently she said leave u r mom and dad and we live outside. I am only son of my parents i have to look him further.I won't agree her request so she will get panicked and filled 498a FIR against me and my family.. Now I am so worried what I will do next
face it you are having very strong defence that she is forcing you to live separate from your old parents while you are only sun now days you will gate bail fir 498 a so don't bother but collect electronic documentary evidence which shows that she is forcing you to separate from your old parents
