My Father Married Another Women Of Already Widowed

My father married a widowed women where she had already a baby child with first husband , My father took that child to our home and changed her surname also without our consent is there any legal procudere to file ? There is no agreement with that child and not adopted , Tell me the legal procedure
It is to be noted that the second marriage can be performed only when the first wife has either been divorced or died. the child in question would be called a legitimate child and he has a right to claim the property if the same has been mentioned in adoption deed.
