Im girl, My family doesn't support Intercaste marriage. My partner and me get physically torcher and mentally torcher by my family. My cousin brother is trying blackmail against it and try to sexually harassing. He touches my body while sleeping. And my family won't accepting this all. Please help me out!
Well, you can lodge a Police Complaint against your Cousin Brother and can get it converted into a FIR with immediate effect. You can get Sections like Sec 354 and Sec 376 of the IPC, 1860 imposed upon him for sexually harassing you by touching and rubbing your private body parts with his body organs without your consent and willingness.
