My brothers are forcing me to give share in my property what to do

15-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
I am a physical handicapped person aged about 66 yrs. My 4 brothers ( 2 Elder & 2 Younger) are forcing me to give them share from my property or they will not give me my share from my parents property (my parents are no more now). I also have some shares in joint name with my younger brother in which he is the first holder and I am the second holder. He is forcing me to give the total shares to him, do I have any right on the shares in joint name. I told him that as it is in joint name we shall divide it equally but he is not ready for that. Please advice what shall I do and what are my rights.

You have equal undivided joint shares in the property which you have inherited along with your 4 brothers from your parents after their death. Nobody can force you to transfer your share. What you can do, you can sell your share to your brothers at current market value. For legal help, you can seek for injunction.
