Mental torture and emotional pain going due to ex need your advice for

My ex keeps on coming back in my life it causes me mental tortured and makes me emotionally disturbed it seems he uses me when thinks are not working properly in his current relationship. He just used me as an opportunity to resolve issues in his current relationship as he is aware that I still have a soft corner for him. .eed advice
