Mental Harassment by Husband and in Laws ( Family Matter) - Child.....

Religion : Hindu My husband and inlaws have mentally harassed me and right from day of marriage till today they have not taken any financial /emotional responsibility of mine or child . Now , my husband who stays out of India recently have started doing Video calls just to see the child . May be for some reason. Now a Child who is just 2 years old cannot sit at one place and my husband sends watsapp screenshot that I am not allowing him to see the child . What should I do ? Do these video calls which might be recorded by him is of any proof in later stage ?. Till the child became 1.5 yr old he have not even bother to call but from past two months he will call at his convenience . Also he himself disconnects video calls at his convenience and calls again . All screenshot he will send to me through watsapp. Till date I have behaved with him on humanity basis but he continues to do all types of harassment.
