I am a Female Indian Christian who is planning to marry a Buddhist Sri Lankan Male. Would it be possible to know the process and documents required to register the marriage in India? I am also looking to create a Prenuptial agreement before getting married. What is the procedure for doing so and is there a possibility to have it valid in India and Sri Lanka? Thanks!
Dear queriest, the procedure for marriage is a bit a wide procedure for which you need to discuss the same with me. secondly it possible that you can marry Sri Lankan citizen under the provisions of Special Marriage Act 1954 of India and also can be made valid by showing proper documentation related to marriage.
