Marriage detail in divorce petition

12-May-2023 (In Family Law)
Religion - Hindu Me and my wife first married in a local temple in chennai, for which there is marriage invitation and attended by relatives. It was an arranged marriage and it was not registered. Due to some horoscope requirements, after six month we got married again in tirumala as per hindu riots and ceremony and got registered this marriage before marriage registrar-tirumala and got marriage certificate. Now we are proceeding for divorce. The query is, in the divorce petition, we have to mention : a. marriage at local temple ( Chennai ) only or b. marriage at tirumala temple ( registered at tirumala marriage registrar) only or c. both the marriages (chennai and tirumala) Thank You.

The details given by you is not enough. whether you both are filing a mutual consent or whether one of the party is filing the divorce. In both the cases, you must state option C, but you can either file a case in Tirumala or in Chennai by stating the matrimonial address of the parties.
