Maintenance of in laws by my husband

My in laws aged 68 and 58 are financially dependent on us. They never built any property nor had any savings. My husband has been supporting them since last 18 years as my father in law left his job when he was 50 years. Since last 1 year they are creating lot of issues and we want legal separation from them. How much maintenance my husband needs to pay?
