Maintenance case 125 filled by my wife

I am married and having 2 daughters of 6 year & 5 year, we are married since 7 year.
After birth of 2 daughters in 2016 my wife raised maintenance case and criminal case, that was compromised after mediation in family court and all the cases were withdrawn.
Now again my wife has put up maintenance case (both the daughter's are with my wife).
I don't want to run the case, as am unable to pay or maintain court case or advocate fee. Because of my low income...
Kindly guide me

Since cases were compromised once for all as such she cannot gain file Maintenance case...Just engage advocate and produce earlier documents about compromise and settlement...You need to take expert guidance in person...
