Legal ways to help a child from the metal torture of parents

if parents constantly mentally torture his son in such a way that he has no other way to commit suicide, is there any provision for that boy to save himself with the aid of law?
Indian society is a developing one and there are laws which are still to be enacted. The specific act for Reason for torture have to be classified and defined although precedence is available in Law commission reports. In this instance However a Hon'ble Court can take suo moto cognizance of the same at its own discretion.
