my father have two wife
one wife have 2 children
second wife have 2 children
my father not in alive so we need apply for legal certificate
that's why apply to Dasilthar he was neglected my application
then we needed the court
Current situation in court

my question is
above court Current situation- my mother (second wife) have legal rights ?

You can set aside the exparte order. Only first marriage is legal. But children from second wife are entitled to be legal heirs. Try to restore the case and contest the same. The second wife is not a legally wedded wife.
