Legal action against my Father who lefted me last 25 years before

My name is Swati and I'm 25 years old I'm. Basically from Andhra Pradesh but born and brought up in Delhi, I stay with my mother I'm a single mother child ,I never seen my father and he never came to see me. now it's been long and I really wanted to take a legal action against him for my rights. Can you please suggest how can I go through this process.

if you know where is your father right now then you can proceed for the legal help definitely you can fight for your rights which was pending since so many years you can fight for maintenance case and domestic violence case if you have any ancestral property then you can ask your share into it.
