Is it legal to marry mothers sisters daughter ? it is from mothers side so it is legal or not. I just want to advice from anyone. What shall I do?

It is illegal to marry mother's sister's daughter as the mother's sister is almost like mother so her daughter is sister only. It is brother-sister relationship and it is illegal to marry a sister.
