Is divorce necessary even if it is mutually agreed
Though it is mutually agreed, you must get mutual divorce from court. otherwise your marriage wil stilll be considered as valid marriage. you got married as per hindu, muslim or christian law, you need to apply mutual divorce in your respective jurisdiction court.
