Is adult daughter is liable to pay rent if asked from parents

I am unmarried daughter aging 41 and we have 2 floors on the name of my mother . On one floor i stay . my father is not alive and my mother is not working . I am only working as freelancer for making websites from home only income is not much and what ever i earn i spend at home , Some times my maternal uncle help us . i have 2 sisters and both are married but my mother keeps on telling me that she will start asking for Rent of one floor from me as home is in her name .
Can she force me to ask for rent even though i only do all expenses of house ?
