Husband torture, harassment, he does not like me now.

My husband always torture me and hits me. We married last april 2017 and living in Bangalore. He always insist me to live bangalore and stay at dharwad and serve his parents. But his parents does not like me staying with them. As them have unmarried girl at home. He also says me to work and get money, as i dt like to work. They family members doesnt like me and they keep fights between us. Now he does not like me. This april I conceived but they did not like that. He doest took me to hospital too. I got natural abortion. And got admitted and did complete abortion in his presence. Later i had been to my parents home. After 15 days I returned back but he tortured me not to stay with me as he cannot abare my expence later i shifted to PG. After 4 month now he has sent lawyer notice saying that without his permission i did abort and took all household, jewells and ran away. Even I sent reply notice. But what is next step.
Hi, sorry to know the atrocities, torture and mental disturbance that you have been undergoing due to the marital relationship with your husband and their family members. Please consult an advocate and file a case of Domestic Violence and seek for Maintenance from your Husband for your living. Also file a police complaint on the false charges of theft and ill treatment due to which you had to abort. Hope you have consult your parents before proceeding on the suggested steps. If not approach the State Human Rights Commission and Women's Commission to seek help through them for proper counselling to your husband and his parents.
