Husband died and mother in law not allowing to stay at her house

from Hindu religion. My husband died 2 years ago and we were living on rent from last 30 years now I have 4 children and we can't live on rent now. So I shifted a single room on my mother in laws home .but my mother in law is not living in that home ,want to leave home. I can't go anywhere now ,I'm helpless and I don't have any source of income so we can live. I'm in depression. What should I do now.
