I don't want to divorce my wife becoz it will be a easy solution to her but I like to file humiliation and mental torture case against my wife and her family.
shes putting force allegation against me
It would be good if you go for divorce if possible , otherwise she can go to court for maintenance and can file a suit against you and your family.
In the meantime you can lodge a Police N.C against threatening by your wife.
