how to take treatment of Psychologist

My sister got depressed due to cheat of a boy in love affairs. Now she trying to committe suicide two times. I want to give him treatment of Psychologist but she always denied to take treatment. There is any legal provision to give her treatment.
No I am afraid there is no legal provision for the same. As the right to treatment is her personal choice. However, you can talk it out with her and then on convince her to opt for the treatment.
