How to take custody of 6 months old child after judicial separation?

Sir, I get married 2.5 years ago with concentrate of my wife and her family. My family was not known about this. I have informed my family and starts living with too from last 5 months. Few days ago my laws including my wife asking to leave my parents else get separate. I have denied to leave my parents further they starts abusing me on this issue I am agree too to get separate but I can not leave my parents just because of my wife and in laws without any reasonable disconnect. Now I have stop communicating with them and worrying about my 6 year old baby who is with him I am very much concerned about his. Please assist can I have my baby or if he leaves with mom then how can I monitor him as I don't have much faith about them whether they care my baby or treat with him as well like treated me. Please assist.
See you must go for filing a petition for custody and visiting rights of the minor child. Additionally , you must go for divorce in case things are not working out well. But firstly you should go for visitation rights and custody of your son. As interim measures the court will grant meeting rights immediate as you are his father.
