How to stake claim in the Father in law's retirement corpus

My father-in-law took voluntary retirement in 2010 from maharashtra government services, hence he got the settlements in 3 parts, 1 part : was very little so he took gold for my mother-in-law in 2010. 2 part in 2011 : was little more than 1st part, he renovated the residential house where he and his wife stays, in village. 3 part in around 2015 which was the greatest part he gave to my only brother-in-law by which he took a flat and my brother in law in a intention not to return it he made a joint registration in his and my father-in-law names. We both stays in pune 400 kms from so mu husbands calls them regularly and visits every ganapati as he works in private sector and don't get leaves, My in laws and brother in law and sister in laws don't behave properly with me hence I don't go their. and we had quarrels as all families have. Now two years have passed we (me and my husband are unaware about how much money his father gave ) So is it not partial behaviour of my in laws. It is gett

Dear Client,
Kindly note, it is a hard earned money of an individual. That individual has all the rights on that money. He can do whatever he thinks right. He can use it, through it, give it in donation or even burn it. Nobody can claim any right on that money. This is not an ancestral property and hence no rights can be claimed by anyone.

Hence a better advice would be to ignore the above facts and start living happily with your relatives.
