How to mention stridhan later after filing the DV case

I have filed dvc case. But i forgot to write books in list. I need my books urgently as i have exan after 4 days. Wt to do now? Urgently can i get back my books and papers safely. I need to submit in colg. I am a muslim. Can i get it via police or court? Urgently?

File a petition under Section 19(8) of PWDV Act for getting back your academic books and papers in the same magistrate court where the DV proceedings are in force. The court upon admitting the petition and after hearing both sides, may direct the respondent to return to your possession your books and papers.
