How should I get my stridhan back? Is it impossible?

My husband & I separated in August 2018 after 3 years of domestic violence, dowry & continuous mental harassment from my husband and his family. My MIL has my streedhan(mostly everything given by my father which he a lot of jewellery & 1 set by my inlaws).I have pictures,Hospital bills, text messages against my husband, he passed away in April 2019 in a road accident. I moved out of our maritial home where we both lived in August after he hit me, I lived separately in my own rented place 2 minutes away from him. In December 2018 I sent his family a legal notice asking for all my items back,he responded with a dirty notice filled with false allegations in Feb & in March he came to know I moved back to my parents hometown. He then filed a case under cruelty in his hometown and he passed away in April. Our matrimonial home articles- all electronics, furniture, decor were all paid for by my father and my inlaws sent a truck full of unwanted items but won’t return my jewels.what do I do now
for you it would be advisable to send them another legal notice asking to give you back your streeton. there is also a judgement regarding the stree Dhan . for that purpose it would be advisable you contact a local lawyer aur I can also do the same for you . you can directly approach to your local women police station. in your case there is also a plus point that you can claim for the property of your husband as he is no more because you are his legal successor . this is possible only in case, you haven't get issued divorce decree from the court. further clarification you can contact me. anyhow whatever is your is only yours. thank you .
