how can i meet and spend some hours with my grand son at jaipur

my son get divorced in 2016. he is living out of country. my 10 years grand son living with her mother in jaipur. i want to meet to my grand son.
her parents are not giving her address & mob.o. after asking them so mamy times.
i have no residantial address & mob no. of my douther in law , but i have address of her service in jaipur. i have fear from her to refuse to meet to my grand son.
how to i meet & spend some hours with my grand son
