How can I can file case against my own parents

Name- madhvi(girl 21 yr) i m in relationship with a boy and i want to marry him but due to my relationship some of my relatives (father , uncle ) they keep torturing me nd put me in a house from 4 years i can't go anywhere without their will nd sometimes when i disagree for marriage they beat me nd last year on about 8 or 9 june my uncle poisoned me luckily i got saved due to my sister but that routine of threats nd mental harassment continues everyday . I just want to leave this house nd do some job untill my boyfriend got a job and also become legal for marriage (he is 19 now ) is their any way that i can leave my house nd my family jst stay away from me .

I read your case history. Your situation is very complicated because still your partner is minor for marriage. I would like to give suggestions that till your partner age become 21 your should wait for him and if your parents pressurized you for doing marriage with other person you go into the shelter of court or police. U can file a habeas corpus writ petition in high court.court will issue notice to your parent to present u before court and court will know your will and take proper action.
Court can ask u that are your parents detained u against your will if u say yes then court give u options where u want to live.

In your condition you and your boyfriend can do marriage in Arya samaj Mandir after that you can registered in registrar office. After that you can file security application in 482 from high Court. The court may directed to police for gives you full security from Ur parents. Second way is you can file a application in SDM office for leaving your parents home and live you life your own way.

Hello Madhvi, u r 21 years old girl and u will be graduate. U r free from all foundations of family and system. U r major girl and u go with that person who loves u. U call the police and describe every cruelty of ur father and uncle. And meet an advocate for file a suit.

My dad try to touch me in private parts stare at me and scold me too and he try touch me different wayss and not feeling safe .
