My in laws are harassing me and my husband very badly to remove us from their house as they don't want us to stay their... the house is inherited still they want to remove us.

u can file case under domestic violence, criminal case 498 a against ur husband and in laws. they can't expel u from house, however u ask for that through court. also for ur maintenance, ur child s expenses.
