Girlfriend family not allowing her to meet me and torturing her now

My girl friend was in house arrest their parents were blackmailing her and her father is a lawyer.she loves me a lot still but she is not having any contact with any one even her relatives also.their parents were money mainded.we both were same cast and same age around 24 years pls help me how to proceed...nd recently i met with an major accident,my froends are said very badly about her to my parents and they are very angry on me.pls i beg u...tell me pls

File a Writ of Habeas Corpus in the High Court for releasing your major girlfriend from her parents. This writ is to be filed whenever a case can be made out that any person's right to life and liberty guaranteed under Article 21 of the constitution has been violated. The High Court will direct the police of your girlfriend's jurisdiction where she has been illegally detained by her parents, to secure her presence before it and after proper adjudication of the case, will pass an order of her release.
